This agreement is entered into on (Date:________) between South Berwick Boarding, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and (your name)__________________________, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," for the boarding of the Client's dog(s) during the agreed-upon dates.
1. Services Provided:
The Service Provider agrees to provide boarding services for the Client's dog(s) as follows:
Feeding and watering
Regular exercise and playtime
Administration of medication if necessary *(this will be an extra charge for client)
Regular updates on the well-being of the dog(s) via text, email, or phone calls.
Secure and safe environment for the dog(s) during their stay.
2. Booking and Payment:
The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the boarding services.
Payment methods accepted: Cash or Card
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled boarding dates may result in a fee
3. Dog Requirements:
The Client agrees to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for the dog(s) being boarded. (Required Vaccines: Rabies, Bordetella, & Distemper)
Dogs must be flea-free and in good health upon arrival. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse boarding to any dog showing signs of illness or parasites.
Dogs must be non-aggressive towards humans and other animals.
4. Drop-off and Pick-up:
Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.
If the dog(s) is/are not picked up within 7 days of the agreed pick-up date and no communication has been made with the Service Provider, the dog(s) may be considered abandoned, and appropriate action will be taken.
5. Liability:
The Service Provider will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the dog(s) in their care.
The Client agrees that the Service Provider will not be held liable for any illness, injury, escape, or death of the dog(s) while under their care, except in cases of proven negligence.
In case of emergency, the Service Provider reserves the right to seek veterinary care for the dog(s) at the Client's expense.
6. Agreement Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice signed by both the service provider and client
If the Client wishes to terminate the agreement early, the Service Provider may retain a portion of the fee paid as compensation, depending on the circumstances.
Both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
